Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the UK only.

What are the delivery charges?
Postage costs are £3.50 per item, and packages are delivered using the Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Signed for™ service.

Any orders over £100 are shipped free of charge.

Special Notes Orders received after 1.00pm may not be dispatched until the following day and any orders received after 1.00pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

When will my goods arrive?
If you order before 1pm we aim to dispatch the same day but please note that at busy times it may take 2-3 days for despatch. Your products will be sent to you byRoyal Mail Recored Delivery, which means you should receive your order within two to three days of ordering (five to seven during busy periods). A signature will be required on delivery.

Can I have my goods sent to a different delivery address?
We understand that many customers are at work during the day and may like to take delivery there, or want to send their purchases as gifts, so you can have items sent to a different delivery address, but we will need your billing address as well. When you proceed to checkout you will be given this option.

What happens if I'm not there to sign for my goods?
A signature will be required as proof of delivery, so if you're not in a card will be left for you to either re-arrange delivery, or you will be able to pick up your purchases from a local depot. Alternatively, you can arrange for goods to be delivered to a different address where you know someone will be available to sign, work for example.
